Ethics
Moral and financial bankruptcy! That’s what happens when financial decisions overly influence moral and ethical decisions.  Just ask the people at Enron, WorldCom or Adelphia.  "The Power of Reputation" illustrates how short-term ethical lapse create dire consequences.  Ethical indiscretions are like a forest fire they start small, and soon destroy the entire forest.
Leadership
Organizational success occurs more often when each employee assumes personal leadership accountability for his or her areas of responsibility. "Being a Leader is not a Job Title" helps employees understand that they have a personal responsibility to use their leadership skills to influence successful organizational outcomes by behaving ethically, working hard, building team and generally committing themselves to excellence.
Team Building
Unless you are a hermit it is necessary to work with others.  Working with others successfully only takes place when each member of the team is focused on a common objective, communicating openly with trust, and committed to working and harnessing the strengths of a diverse group of teammates.  "Unleash Your Team’s Hidden Power" help employees understand how their behavior effects the outcome of the team.
Diversity
No one choose where they come into the world. To be successful as an organization, it is important to embrace those who are different, and to judge them based on their skills, attitude and effort.  "You Didn’t Pick Your Mama" colorfully illustrates that diversity, if harness properly, not only is a morally correct, but offers a tremendous competitive advantage.
Motivation
Low productivity is often caused by employees who think of themselves as victims.  In "You Are the Center of the Universe" employees are made to understand that they are personally responsible for their own success.  And, that their personal success is inextricably tied to the organization’s achievements.
