LEADERSHIP
"Being a Leader is not a Job Title" Strong leadership at every level of the organization is more important than ever. Gone are the days when organizations can depend on top-down leadership to drive effectiveness and productivity. Organizations that desire to stay ahead of the competition must teach their employees to positively lead in their sphere of influence and responsibility; and to understand that every position is important and has tremendous value. Managers in positions of authority must be made to guided to effectively share leadership responsibilities, and to adapt their behavior styles to get the most out of each situation and team member. They must also understand that effective leadership is an inside-out phenomenon, whose foundation is grounded in honesty—caring about people—commitment to excellence and—leading by example. Employees in this type of environment will be more willing to commit their efforts 100% to ensure that the organization is successful. Employees must be encouraged and empowered to assume leadership in their respective areas of responsibility and influence. They must also understand that they share responsibility for creating a working environment that fosters respect and trust, which increases the organization’s probability of success. "Being a Leader
is not a Job Title" drives home how personal attitude and
perspective directly affects team productivity and effectiveness, by
demonstrating how leaders behave, lead, communicate, manage and achieve.
This program can be presented as a keynote or seminar.
