"Being a Leader is not a Job Title"

Strong leadership at every level of the organization is more important than ever.  Gone are the days when organizations can depend on top-down leadership to drive effectiveness and productivity.  Organizations that desire to stay ahead of the competition must teach their employees to positively lead in their sphere of influence and responsibility; and to understand that every position is important and has tremendous value.
