TMA

After a merger between two very large banks, they needed to jumpstart
their Supplier Diversity program, but did not have the time or staff to
move it forward quickly. TMA was able
to assist them in getting their arms around the process, by merging and
developing new policies and procedures to help move their program to the
next level.
A newly promoted CEO recognized that the organization’s leadership team
was not functioning at it maximum potential - in fact they were
dysfunctional - prone to disruptive territorial games. TMA assisted by
assessing the competence of senior and middle managers to ensure that
each was in the right position with the requisite skills to effectively
and efficiently lead and manage the organization’s strategic goals. By
eliciting perceptual feedback from a cross-section of employees, and
reviewing operational process and procedures, TMA was able to recommend
changes to the organizational structure which better equipped the
organization to accomplish its strategic and operating goal.
When an International investment group consisting of venture capitalist,
quasi-governmental agencies and private investors needed to design,
develop and implement an advertising sales organization for a TV network
to serve sub-Saharan Africa. They hired TMA. TMA
satisfied that requirement by evaluating their needs, and then
developing budgets, compensation packages, sales strategy, and designing
an organizational structure to match their growth plan. TMA further
assisted the network implement the plan by hiring and training staffs in
Eastern and South Africa.
Management and Personnel Development
TMA
provides in-depth appraisal of and counsel to managers and personnel to
enhance their productivity. For example, TMA
provided training and executive coaching to managers in the highly
competitive luxury automotive manufacturing industry. TMA helps the executives’ design and
implement a personal development plan, which helps them take personal
responsibility for their careers, while ensuring organizational success.
Utilizing executive coaching skills TMA helps individuals better
understand themselves and their behaviors which may cause disconnect
from their supervisor, peers and direct reports. Utilizing assessment
tools such as DiSC and 360º TMA is able to assist individuals evaluate
their behaviors and preferences, while gaining a better understanding of
how others view them, and how those views may be hindering their
effectiveness, and impeding their growth. |
